Come join Doug Parvin, his Wife Brigitte and Daughter Noelle Swonsen for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration. All you have to do is get comfortable, sit back, relax, and we’ll do the rest.

We incorporate affirmation with crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, gongs, tuning forks, didgeridoo’s, even a crystal didgeridoo, crystal pyramids, crystal tetrahedrons, and modern technology to affect change for our well-being. All mixed into an intuitive and improvisational concert. Each concert is focused with conscious intention, and mindful expression, creating an environment for healing, wellness, and growth.

Benefits from Sound Baths include relief from pain and stress-related conditions. Some people experience improved memory, clarity, vitality, and better sleep, and often experience the effects for several days.

Concerts last about 2 hours.

Be sure to reserve your spot

Dress comfortably and plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress (restore) imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”

                      –Dr. Mitchell Gaynor,

Director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine,

Cornell Cancer Prevention Center, New York

Sound has been used for relaxation throughout human history, across cultural bounds. Sound has been found to carry us closer to that we hold as sacred, and to that, we view as Whole.
